Fresh clean and definately a dry finish. One of the better ciders I have had.

Sauer but it still tastes like an ale. Tart like a real cherry actually!
Seriously has a grapefruit finish. I think it is great. The back palet is hit with the sauer while the salty finish rests around the tongue.
