Mill House Brewing Company: Cheers!
Leo Gowing is drinking a Cucumber Blessings by Mill House Brewing Company at M1 Junction 9
Cucumber beer?! 3438 miles as the crow flies, that's how far this can of beer has travelled to be with me for this trip to Aston Villa away. Worth the trek? Absolutely, what a refreshing yet moreish delight, from the first sniff to the last gulp! 79p too!

The dog’s nose didn’t work as a bottle opener. When I finally opened it though, it was a pleasant surprise. Much lighter than expected, but still a pleasant flavour. Bit of a strange aftertaste prevents a higher rating but I’d still have it again! 79p!

Dogs in the background for effect. Blissful, joyful pint of stout, absolutely what the doctor ordered. Came as part of a pizza and pint deal, I couldn’t believe it tasted as good as it smelled! Something tells me this will be elusive but I want more!

69 cents! A lovely, chocolatey stout to have in my mini fridge. This is one of the few good things about Benidorm! A real strange location, but you’re not going to the Ritz for a Stag do are ya?! So sunburnt, just so so sunburnt, but this can was cracking

I just didn’t expect this at all, just as I didn’t expect the victory I saw by Birmingham City yesterday. Lovely beer, with all the strength you could ask for with none of the miserable bitterness which can let down many an IPA! Lovely building too!
