Really decent session. Started a bit savoury but mellowed after a few sips to something more balanced and drinkable. Missing a bit of the fullness a bit more ABV would have but nice for session strength.

My favourite Baron so far. It gets the balance right, not too savoury and enough sweet and body to round it out. Still some nice complex flavours on the aftertaste. Would have this one again.

Started out pretty savoury, which is what I don’t love in some of these producers but over time it softened a bit and even sweetened. A few sips in and it’s pretty satisfying and a nice drink.

It’s boozy but the overall flavours are well controlled. It’s still in this style, like Verdant, where I can appreciate what they’re doing with specific flavours from very specific brew method but ultimately don’t love the result. Prefer something rounder
