More Rochefort than Chimay. Tartish fig and stewed plum. Cocoa powder on toffee. Intense dried fruit with a sprinkle of nutmeg. I reverse. The taste is more Chimay. Plenty of phenolic spice and cherry liquor mixed with a milk choc to soft coriander glide.
