Koo is drinking an Arthur by Hill Farmstead Brewery on Untappd

Citric brett nose, with quite clean funk, or maybe focused is a better word. The lemon and grapefruit blend elegantly with the peppery funk. Some refined yeasty notes. Taste is even more pure: dry citrus and apricot, morphing to green apple. Silky tail.
