Bottle conditioning since Jan 2021. Notes of cold dusty cellar & oak wood, fruit cake, figs, cacao and that distinct HF funk. The taste is very much that funk up front but deepens into almost like a Winter Warmer profile similar to the nose. I dig it.

Picked up a pair of the set of Riserva One & Two, will cellar the others. This is just f’n world class liquid man. Nose is desert bourbon barrels: graham crackers, dark choc, custard, toasted marshmallow.. dried fruits. Taste is dark choc w fruits.
