Rich cherry, balsamic aroma and cherry tart flavour. Flat, uncarbed body. Woody elements. Dry cherry tart finish. I have had better, but not by much.Earned the Malthouse (Level 38) badge! Earned the Belgian Holiday (Level 16) badge!
Aroma of sweet nectar with hop flora and an undercurrent of ethanol. The booze gives a coldness to the smell. Body is smooth with raisin flavour, honey hops and a booze sting at the end. Surprisingly clean and fresh.Earned the Sky's the Limit (Level 18) badge!
The worst thing, when one is pissed, is to read other beer reviews about the beer one is drinking. Then one should taste strawberry and grain. When what one doth taste is unicorns, with a hint of cherry. And Mozart. So stick that. 1-nil to me. Harrumphhh.

Well, it was a rather large bottle, and I valiantly struggled through it, so I think that deserves a second check-in. What strikes me is how the flavours hold, yet remain light, but don't get weak and drawn out. This is good drinking. And drink it I did.
