A hit of coffee on the nose. The taste is slightly sweet, milky coffee. Nice, but I'd like a bit more complexity, I just feel that a bit of extra flavour would elevate this. One for coffee lovers.

A roasty start develops into notes of coffee, followed by cocoa. The beer is finished off with a subtle hint of blackcurrant in the aftertaste, although it took me a while to identify this it became stronger as I got through the beer. Nice.

A blast of hoppy bitterness develops into a mildly spiced aftertaste with a peppery hint along with a slight grassy note. This beer develops quite a different flavour profile when it is super chilled.
