oh boi… this is something… something great. thick. layered. syrupy. like a silk bourbon scarf that has wrapped itself around a golden sweet barley wine. and a nice bitterness in the finish. i’m impressed.

not quite as thick as one would expect, even with slightly more carbonation than anticipated. from there though, it’s all about rich, deep, bourbonized coffee which hits your palate, and hits it again, and than again. in short: great stuff.
