Parabola (2019)

Pulled from cellar after 2 years. Sweet bourbon aroma. Minimal carb. Very roasty, smoky, and charred, with heavy notes of espresso, bitter cacao, malt, tobacco, molasses. Very rich, but perfectly smooth. Would be great with a nice Cuban cigar.
