Nelson sauv pulling through heavy here with plenty of white wine notes supported by a nice pineyness (two on the trot?!?) from the simcoe. Decent body that fizzes over your tongue making this really moreish.

Trying to find a sour "sour" has been difficult lately. Too many veer on the side of caution and are just sweet. Not this. Tongue twistingly tangy, will make your face contort in the second most satisfying way. Top stuff.
