Dark pour, toasted roast and coffee in the flavor. Mellow and nice, not sure if I am getting maple but at this point tonight it does not really matter. Happy to have this again.

Peppermint is really prominent here - in a good way actually. Mint chocolate, that's what it is. Not too heavy, lots of flavors.

Sweet berries, raspberry jam and intense raspberry syrup. Very tasty (in small quantities).

Tart and lightly acidic, flowery-oaky and some vanilla there. Not really getting much cherries. Chalk, acidity and funk, in a good balance.

Nice balance there, booze and some caramel molasses bitterness. Barrel coming through nicely. Liking this a lot.
