Very oaky, developing into a citrusy-complex zebra-stripe bubblegum-fruitiness. Bold and heavy on the palate, but wonderful overall. Not an for all the time, but nice treat.

A lovely find. Crisp and apple-y, a touch of a nice bready-sulfury note from the wine yeast and clean stainless barreling. Must try the wood vessel next!
