Could use some more carbonation but the flavor is damn good. Lots of ginger but not overly so. Hides all of its 9%. Refreshing but dangerous on a hot day!

Tastes amazingly like an oatmeal cookie, bourbon barrel is very complimentary. I touch astringent on the finish but does not ruin the beer. Well done.

Hoppy with a good bitter bite. Citrusy flavors work well with malty backbone. Bitter, yet refreshing.
