Like the Caribbean in flavor. Pineapple, coconut, and who knows what else. But it is a little too sweet and a little to extract and complicated.

Sweet and malty aroma with a hop aroma too. Somewhat sweet, munich malty, and a heavy hop presence.

When we brewed a farmhouse, we thought we didn't quite have it right, but this is almost exactly the flavors we came up with. That almost barn yard aroma, gaseous, mixed with a little lemon. Smooth start then a bitter and grainy finish with a lemon note

It may be an unfair judgement since this has been my new go to style after brewing my own. I love the buscuitness (new word) along with the hop choice, which give it a tropical flavor.

Not bad at an attempt at a blueberry pie. It's sweet, it's tart, you can almost taste the crust.
