Cold dark cocoa, ripe slightly funky raspberries with subtle fruity acidity, muscovado sugar extract yet nowhere near sweet, vanilla, distant sherry, roast tinted balanced complexity. Fantastic fruited sherry BA mixed fermentation Stout.
