Saison with Japanese sansho peppercorn and coriander. The sansho is clearly present. I love coriander in beer. Perfect! Must get again.

Another hit. Candy sugar and malt forward. Maybe the best quad I've had. Paired with rabbit. Truly amazing. Sweet but it works so well, not overly sweet when paired with food. Get again!

Absolutely smells like the hops from the field. Fresh clean hop aroma and very green. Not too bitter on the palate. A terrific pale ale far superior to American style due to balance, creamy too. Absolutely get again.
Oud style, so no added sugars. Delicious and not too tart would get again!
