Much more balanced compared to the others in this set. Peppers aren’t overbearing and the coconut comes into play very well. My favorite iteration of any coconut cake thus far over the years.

Everything I’ve had from this brewery is absolutely stellar. Juicy and bright without loosing the hop profiles.
