Bottled Nov 20, 2024, 6 months old. Vivid red and pink head, cloudy. Nose is complex muddy funk and beautiful fresh merlot grapes and juicy red wine. Taste is very mildly tart and very fruity upfront, lasting on juicy cherries. Super jammy and super nice.

String 2025. Dark greenish orange, cloudy. Nose is very estery and bready, average high esters lager. Some nice orange peel when swirling. Taste is soft and creamy, sweet bread, fresh and thirst quenching. Finishing on lager's canned beans. Not bad.

Canned 11Oct'24, way too old (almost 6 months). Rich yellow, hazy. Nose is beautiful despite the age, a lot of very rich and sweet orange juice, balanced by powerful herbal zest and underlying dusty dankness. Taste is very dry, bitter orange zest, creamy.

Dark orange, very hazy. Nose is extremely dunk, big overripe papaya, lemon sorbet, really nice. Taste is creamy, super dry, lime wood, spicy. Nice bitterness at the end, finishing on drying ebony wood. OS

Canned 03/05/25, 3 months old. Nice yellow, cloudy. Nose is lemon zest and nice white grapes, hay and quality malt. Taste is chewy, thick, kinda sweet, bitter, spicy. Big Pliny vibes. Nice.
