big taste on a moderate abv, which is great. I only now understood it's a smash beer which makes sense. Nelson Sauvin character was definitely there, but not full on (which is also totally fine for a Pale Ale)

🤔 grassy piney caramelly with lots of hops that taste like just hops. No matter the style (which in this case is more like a West Coast IPA) it lacks that something, which is what I call the "greek plateau" since many greek craft beers are just ok
