Cantaloupe orange and a perfect creamy tiny-bubbled head that almost refuses to die. Tropical hops and even a whiff of unexpected coconut on the nose. More reserved on the tongue: a humming bitterness leaning fruity, held in balance, the proto-NEIPA pure.
They tell me there is chocolate and I can perceive a ghost of this. But this is otherwise just a blankets of coconut over a malty roasted was sweetened into submission.Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 97) badge!
Karen says, Mangoriffic. I say, Orange in color. A nose of full hops. A tongue of hard-core bitter hops and generic fruitiness the color of mango. Lots of clumps of yeast that eventually rest in a Mubarak of yeast at the bottom of the glass.Earned the Better Together (Level 90) badge!
An unexpected medium brown liquor. A subdued tart nose. The tongue differs with the nose: tart but rich with unknown maltish flavors. Maybe a bit of gin in here, but what I get from the barrelling is deep woodiness, which works well with the tartness.
Light yellow-orange liquor fuzzed with bubbles. A yeasted tart erupts into the nose. A beautiful yeasty lemony tartness. Another wonder from Plan Bee.Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 96) badge!
Almost black, rimmed with a few slight bubbles. Nose is dark sweetness. Sweet chocolate and roasty dark booziness coats the tongue. Still some whiskey slips in soft and sure. Though hugely boozy. Deepens as it warms but the rough booziness does not enticeEarned the It's KBS Season badge! Earned the Beer City Brewsader (2019) badge!
Dark still liquor, headless. Deep dark sweet pruny nose. Heavy thick pruny sweet molasses tongue. The cognac barreling gives it a sharp booziness. An intense overwrought brew, but carrying its own outrageous form of deliciousness. Sip it a bit at a time.

Hazy yellow liquor that’s leaning slightly orange. A surprisingly creamy medium-bubble head. Certainly a NEIPA, though not one of the greats. Gentle fruity hops, maybe pineapple, with a gentle but firm bitterness. Refreshing.Earned the Haze for Days (Level 18) badge!
