Fab is drinking a Mirage by Birrificio Artigianale Lariano on Untappd

4/4: Pretty dry and bitter for a Belgian Blonde Ale. The herbaceous edge in the finish, given by the hopping and the orange peels (which also offer a citrus scent), balances the sweetness of the malts and the fruity esters of the yeast. I like it!
