Nice and tart. I'm more into Nashi's Perry offerings, but really tasty cider here. Obviously the color really catches your eye given the apple used (after having to read about it). Not effervescent (nice). I think a treat to have once in a while.

I'm not sure if Americans expect too much from an IPA or if British have lost the concept.of what an IPA is. Good taste, but have to search for the hops in the nise AND in the taste. Shows up in the aftertaste, like "oh, thanks for joining!".
