Got this as an extra in a trade in 2024. I have no idea when it was bottled, but it is surprisingly serviceable given what seems to be its very advanced age. It's thin and reminds me a bit of a strong ale, but probably from age only. I'd rate 3.25

Solid base with chocolate dominating, and a secondary notes of amaretto. Not much toffee, but very good.

Aroma is amazing. Tons of sweet bourbon. Taste doesn't quite live up to that. It's a bit thin and not as full bodied as I'd expect. I am drinking it a couple months after the drink-by, so maybe it would have been better earlier.
