Plenty of Fantôme-esque funk with a hint of musky white grape and green apples. Not as bone dry as Cantillon, 3F et al but still refreshing.

Founders Brewing Co. by Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS)

Tons of chocolate and bourbon but coffee slightly muted. Medium full, oily mouthfeel. Not as overrated or boozy as I expected. Good stuff.

Banana, clove, slightly tart red berries (maybe some oxidation from extensive ageing?). Smooth, creamy, almost vinous. ABV hidden. Winner.

Classic Belgian yeast fruity esters. Overripe bananas, clove, drupes. Peppery note from the hops, touch of vanilla on the finish. Excellent.

Siren Craft Brew by Vanilla Weisse

Vanilla balances out sourness masterfully. A bit herbaceous, peppery and creamy. Liquid sour ice cream. One of the better British Berliners.

Mix of granny smith apples, orange liquor and bourbon nose. Balanced sweetness and acidity. 7.2% hidden. Solid but prefer fruited Berliners.

Roasted malts balanced perfectly by a sugar coated nutty sweetness. Chocolate, coffee, toffee, vanilla notes without any adjuncts. Banging.

Creamy coffee and mocha nose, dark chocolate, bitter coffee taste, lingering betterness. Light mouthfeel. ABV hidden. Not my style though.

Mango, sweet citrus, slightly grassy nose. West Coast, bitter grapefruit flavour. Medium mouthfeel from the wheat. Decent.

Floral nose (Mosaic?). Biscuity malt, hints of white grape (Nelson?). Would love to try a fresher bottle as this one is probably a bit old.
