Stopped by this new brewery taproom, another railway arch but definitely not industrial, a bit more of a shopping mall vibe now they've redeveloped this bit along the canal towpath. A floral and piney one, a little citrus sweetness and quite bitter finish

The power option, dessert time. Rich, sweet chocolate and vanilla coffee. Boozy, creamy
David Vinson is drinking a Choppy by Drop Project at Drop Project Brewery
Cask, gravity. Roasty dark bitter chocolate and.coffee, earthy with just a little sweetness, nice dryness at the end

Surprisingly orangey, along with the expected sweetness and pine. Photo shows the approach to the brewery/taproom. It's best if there's a point at which you think you might just be trespassing, but there's a sign somewhere to reassure you

David Vinson: Nick B. I think we can follow the locals out
Anthony L: 🤣
Hey look it's Amanda V. looking at the canal and watching the passeggiata. It is nice to be next to water. Amber colour, hoppy pine and malty, a lot of bitterness. The beer that is. The canal is murky in colour and I would not wish to taste it
