Dan P. is drinking a Sea Otter Stout by Red Brick Brewing Co. at Lake Hartwell
A bit too bitter for some of the malt to come through, could use a tad less “edge”
Dan P. is drinking a Spotted Cow by New Glarus Brewing Company at Lake Hartwell
A very mild saison which I appreciate, easy drinking and sweet
Dan P. is drinking a Two Women Lager by New Glarus Brewing Company at Lake Hartwell
Cheers to women. Solid easy drinking lager but I know these two can step up their game.
Dan P. is drinking a Cabin Fever Honey Bock by New Glarus Brewing Company at Lake Hartwell
If I couldnt see the color would assume a darker, heavier beer. Drinks like a heavy bock but fortunately not overly sweet.
Dan P. is drinking a Classic Saison by Domestique Brewing at Lake Hartwell
Pretty clean for a saison, Fuller body, hint of spicy yeast
Dan P. is drinking a Hop Stoopid by Lagunitas Brewing Company
Damn, better than I remember, classic west coast double with good sticky malt
Dan P. is drinking a We Used To Be Cool by Good Word Brewing & Public House at Good Word Brewing & Public House
Fantastic well made lager with great malt flavor and a hint of sweetness. No unpleasant graininess or grassiness.
Dan P. is drinking an All the Ingredients by Good Word Brewing & Public House at Good Word Brewing & Public House
Roasted, a tad sweet, smooth, no alcohol
Dan P. is drinking a Stinger Rye - Honey Rye Ale by Left Nut Brewing at Local No. 7
Bit boring, rye comes through but just makes the beer a bit too harsh.
Dan P. is drinking a Samuel Adams New England IPA by Boston Beer Company at Diesel Filling Station
Does not taste like a Sam. Cloudy and fruity, smooth and still a bit chewy. Still has a hint of Sam house flavor but solid.
Dan P. is drinking a F*ck Pollen by Scofflaw Brewing Co. at Diesel Filling Station
Not as in your face and explosive as some of their others but such a great IPA. Very pleasant feeling and approachable
Dan P. is drinking a Muchacho by Good People Brewing Company at Diesel Filling Station
Drinks maltier than it looks, real grassy hops, good and drinkable, a tad heavier than a “light lager”
Dan P. is drinking a Cosmik Debris by Creature Comforts Brewing Company at Growler Time
It lives up to SOME hype. Great balance of fruity, aggressive, piney. Light malt but it’s there.
Dan P. is drinking a Firestick IPA by Burial Beer Co. at Growler Time
Just as good if not better. I love juicy IPAs but not at the expense of tasting like fruit juice. This gets it just right.
Dan P. is drinking a Kentucky Ryed Chiquen by Against the Grain Brewery & Smokehouse
Dark amber, good head/lace, very sweet bready aroma, more balance to taste thanks to whiskey, not bitter, lager smoothness
