First sip confused me. Googled a lil on Sour IPAs, pretty cool. Tasted like pomelo/grapefruit but instead of the usual IPA bitter I got tartness. The siap siap taste of pomelo skin if you get what I mean. Stays on the palate. Not as carbonated as a sour!
