First FantômeBoy chope pour. 👍 Interesting beer, Kveik fermented no boil. Uncharacteristically low on yeast esters for a Tome, just a little fruity. Clean medium light malts with slight acidity, and savory herbal/tree branch characters. I’m liking it.
