Good hiss, very nice pour, beautifully fluffy, fast-dissipating head. Aroma is delightful; roasty, cherry, black bread, coffee. Texture and mouthfeel are exquisite: not too sweet, nicely balanced acidity, warming and with great viscous feel to the sip.
