Declan is drinking a Wild Tripelle by La Sirène Brewing on Untappd

The aroma is all classic Tripel; phenolic with a slight sharp note. But the palate is funky AF! Heavy on the orange zest, slightly medicinal. Vibrant spice and warming to finish.
