Experienced at Statesville Brewery 4/15. Lovely malt with chocolate notes. Seriously smooth, lovely chocolate notes with a touch of bitter. The bitter became more pronounced as it warmed but was still lovely. Hope to sample other brews from here!

While I feel this has nice floral notes in scent, flavour is fruity, raspberry, of course. Crisp and clean with an air of grass, green? I wouldn’t say sour but snappy tart that’s refreshing.

Smells sour and of passion fruit. Sips are electric! A pure rush of tart passion fruit at the tip of tongue that melts to a delightful sour around the mouth. I detected a touch of malt that just adds to the experience. Perfect hot day drink!
