Nose is a literal bouquet of dank oranges, so pleasing. Body is lighter than I typically expect for an NEIPA but I’m really enjoying that surprise- it’s light in body but big on flavor, with the orange notes carrying through. Lacing is on point.

Well balanced. Still warming but an extremely pleasant balance of barrel, chocolate, and raspberry. Really enjoying the wood presence and how the malt smooths everything out.

Still green, which I like due to the adjuncts. Just delicious- pillow soft body, great balance of flavor between the hops and the fruit, and just a touch of lactose to smooth it over. All lacing with no legs.

I didn’t check the dates like a dummy and this is from August... and you can’t tell. Classic west coast. Untappd is suggesting I’ve had this before; I have no idea but it’s great. Malt, water, hops all present flavor wise and the Chico yeast allows it.
