Nez acide et tannique, on a bien la barrique de pinot. En bouche c’est extra, l’acidité est superbe associée à une belle carbo, on ne sent pas trop les 9.58%, ça laisse ce côté suave sur le palet que j’aime dans ce style. C’est très bon.

Peu de mousse, une belle robe jaune orangée légèrement trouble. Le nez très funky, on peut retrouver le côté sauvignon apporté par la barrique En bouche c’est top ! Le fruit est magnifié, on a une bonne pêche et un bonbon arlequin !!

Nez funky ou le cuir se mêle aux fruits rouges. En bouche, l’acidité est marquée, c’est riche et complexe. Vraiment top dans le style !! 2 eme bière de Sjef et deuxième satisfaction totale. On continu l’exploration des sponta et autres farmhouse !
