Blake is drinking a Neurotomic Protocore by Asylum Brewing on Untappd

Interesting flavor profile. Thick and chewy mouthfeel. Not very hazy. Saccharine sweet brix, unripe stonefruit black tea and kumquat skin. Alcohol astringency on the back end bringing heat that makes this feel like a higher ABV beer. Mineralistic finish.
