I Love Beer is drinking an Anniversary Ale 5 by The Paris Beer Company at Brantford, Ontario
Untappd 10th Anniversary & BA 20th Anniversary Review #2. White grapefruit, orange peel, peppery spice. Some crackery malt + leafy hop. Hint of taffy. Taste largely follows. Crisp medium MF, oily middle, massive bitters w/ long dry finish. Delightful IPA.
Purchased at The Paris Beer Company
Waves and waves of candied orange, pine cone, clementine & caramel on nose, palate. Assertive bitterness is barely balanced by a light malt backbone. An old school tongue shredder, and one of the best IPAs I’ve had this year.
