Another great 2025 variant. Milk chocolate, pistachios, walnuts, sweet honey, roast, cinnamon, malty, and I swear Im getting creamy coconut. Delicious either way. Leaning more toward a pastry style stout, and very well executed. Digging on this!

Wow! Banger! Imperial Stout aged two years in Parker’s Heritage Collection 10-year 17th Edition Rye Whiskey barrels! Complexity but well balanced: molasses, dark chocolate fudge, raisin, rye spice, vanilla, smooth rye whiskey heat and oak barrel.
