Billy is drinking a Five o'Clock Shadow by Weird Beard Brew Co. on Untappd

This has survived quite well – 4 months old, I’m guessing from a year-on BBE. A touch of the beginnings of barely-wine oxidation, but still a yoghurty and fruity backbone. Mixed peel up front and resinous hop oil bitterness on the finish.
