Billy is drinking a Still by Mills Brewing on Untappd

One of the more extreme beers I’ve had from Mills (or anyone). Intensely fruity and tart, with a big chunk of bitterness into the finish. Tannic touches and a touch of cheese rind. However, texturally (and a bit in flavour) it’s like good fino sherry. Ace
