My palate isn’t broken this time of trying, so I now realise that it’s quite nice. Sour tropical with solid bitterness. Controlled sweetness up front. Not too much fruit, but complexity in the leafy bitterness.Earned the Draft City (Level 49) badge!
Like a trad ESB with a slab of fruit dropped in. Dank nose, brackeny palate, blackcurrants, apples and all the IBUs. Intense but well-integrated bitterness. Dry and fruity finish. Pouring in the yeast softens and balances everything.
