Check…check… is this thing on? Haven’t used Untapped in a while but thought I might fire it up on vacation. New Orleans is a cocktail town but of course I found a brewery. This IPA might not be a home run but it’s a triple. Perfect on a hot & humid day.

LCI, but this was good. Not as much lime as I anticipated but in a good way. It was present but complimentary to the rest of the beer. Definitely not cheaply made like macro versions of the same thing.

Absolutely excellent. Exquisite. I haven’t had a rich beer like this in a while, and it was a nice surprise. Tasted like chocolate brownies in every possible way except being baked. If I owned a restaurant this would be the only thing on the dessert menu.
