David Cooke is drinking a Metropolis by Soul Mega at Untappd at Home
Super crushable, clean IPA. Bright limey citrus and berry/dank, a little apricot/peach brought out w/sweetness. Mild finish with a bit of cereal coming through. Fairly light-bodied. Nails the drinkability if not necessarily the wow factor with this one.

David Cooke is drinking a Portals Through Time by Silver Branch Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
Closing out the series with another banger. Surprisingly light, but packed with fruit: Jasmine tea/pear up front, closing with more honeydew and citron/lemon pith. (also had on draft for the release w my "fortune" but never checked it in apparently)
Purchased at Silver Branch Lagerhaus & Biergarten
David Cooke is drinking a Lockhouse Cellar Reserve: Liberty Road Barleywine by 7 Locks Brewing at Untappd at Home
This is an odd duck, but I dig the complexity. Slightly smoky, def sweet, plum fruitiness, a little salinity, and a nice hit of booze and barrel. Low carbonation and more like a sippin sherry but quite enjoyable.

Bringing that dank citrus big time (lime, tangerine pith). Dried pineapple and white wine underneath. Pithy finish. One of the bolder Bluejacket IPAs I've had in awhile... hitting that Riwaka craving.
