Year 3 of this brew. Wet hop IPA with a local small batch Chinook hop grower. Super earthy and hoppy, resinous pine and grapefruit. Mellow. Love the wet hop brews, brings me back to California in an instant.

Blueberry sour Collab with Tripping Animals in FL. I recall these folks from the US, big sour alchemists. This is thick and juicy, tart and sweet. Some lactose present but doesn't dominate. Lovely work.
