Pretty good! Very smooth, but the flavors don’t come out very strong.

This may be the best year yet. All the flavors come out strong and bourdon is smooth, sweet, and prominent but not overpowering.

DAMN. I’ve never tasted a beer like this. Juicy and tart like an IPA but not hoppy. Smooth and drinkable like a pilsner but with full body!
