Hot damn this beer stood up to time! Milk chocolate opens to vanilla. Followed by bitter coffee notes and finishes with a fruity dark chocolate note. Some slight off notes on the nose, but expected from a 7 year old beer.

A slight musty smell at opening. After letting it breathe it smells like wet wood, soy sauce, and dark chocolate. Taste is a strong mocha flavor with a touch of fruit and a hearty bitterness.
