Fizzy but rich with plenty of roasty coffee flavour. I’d prefer it with a bit more sweetness, but regardless of this, it’s a very solid, flavoursome porter.

Quite dark in appearance for a pale ale. Taste wise it’s dry and hoppy with a bit of malty finish.

Very smooth with a sweet and malty dried fruit flavour. I always enjoy a strong cask ale and this is definitely a good one.
