I can’t believe I haven’t checked this in before. The best version of this beer I’ve had was a pony keg at my wedding in 2015. Crank was at it’s peak then. That being said, this is solid!

The elder flower is intense. I’d say that this has notes of flowers, vegetation, vinegar and traditional lambic. I’d go as far as saying that it reminds me of kombucha. This is a fun tick but I wouldn’t go after this one again
