Wow. It's been a while since I had an excellent lager with such character. Sauvignon Blanc aroma and hop character are superb! Crisp and clean with biscuity, tropical notes.

Excellent pils, clean, crisp, with an herbal hop character. A slight Belgiany touch (maybe a blend with a Belgian yeast?), perhaps a hint of Belgian phenolic? Anyway, great pils with a slight twist.

2025 re-established version. Welcome back to one of the best breweries in AVL! Clean and dry IPA with proper bitterness and a grassy/piney, citrus hop character. Impressive to see such a clean, quality IPA brewed after such damage to the brewery.
