Of all the pale ales and IPAs available, this was the highlight for me. The pomelo additions add a richness and depth that I was expecting from the DIPA. Well balanced in terms of bitterness and fruitiness.

This was one of the two main highlights from Pasteur Street (apart from the fantastic bar staff). This is a great example of a fruited sour, the pineapple was bold but not over the top. And the style is perfect for the climate.

Again, expected more flavour from this one. A lot of capacity to do good things with a rich stout, but it was quite one-dimensional. Heavy dark chocolate character, that's about it.
