Apfelsap (2020)

A very smooth wheat beer with apple flavor and tartness. The apple brandy barrels give it a mild boozy flavor with an assist from 16.9% ABV. Aging it for two years in my cellaring fridge helps. And yes, I am shamelessly flaunting my cellaring fridge. 😁
